Terms at a glance

• 12- or 24-month memberships — We recommend a full year: long enough for a sleep habit to form.
• The clock starts on redemption — A membership runs from the day the recipient activates it, not the day you mail it. Codes stay valid for 18 months after we deliver them.
• From 100 memberships — Minimum order is 100.
• Nothing auto-renews — At the end of the term the membership simply expires. Recipients are never billed, and you carry no ongoing commitment.
• Two weeks, start to finish — Codes and artwork are delivered within 10 working days of artwork sign-off, so allow a two-week lead time before your ship date.

What does each recipient get?

A full Slumber app membership for the term you choose: 2,200+ sleep stories, guided meditations and soundscapes, with new ones added every day, on iOS or Android.

How is the price set?

We quote a flat per-membership rate for a 12- or 24-month term, plus a one-time setup fee that covers the co-branded welcome page, voucher artwork, code generation and reporting. Send us your quantity and preferred term and we’ll return a formal quotation and a sample voucher.

Do recipients need an account or a credit card?

Neither. They scan the voucher, install the app, and scan again. The membership activates without a sign-up form or a payment method, and nothing is ever charged to them.

When does a membership start, and what happens when it ends?

It starts the day the recipient activates the code, and codes are valid for 18 months from delivery, so a December gift redeemed in March loses nothing. At the end of the term it expires. There is no auto-renewal and no bill for anyone.

Can we customize the vouchers?

Yes. The vouchers and the welcome page both carry your logo, your welcome message and the activation instructions, and we supply the voucher artwork print-ready.

How will we know how many were redeemed?

We send activation reports at 30, 60 and 90 days after delivery with the overall redemption rate for your batch.

What if we need more codes later?

For 60 days after your order we’ll supply additional codes at the same per-membership rate with no second setup fee. After that, a new order.

How is this different from your value-add partnership?

The value-add partnership is a free year of our Premium Podcast Bundle that a brand offers its customers, with co-marketing on both sides. Corporate memberships are the Slumber app itself, bought by you at a volume rate and handed to the people you choose. One is a marketing partnership; this is a purchase.
