Why it works
- A nightly habit — listeners return every night as part of their wind-down, not binge-and-bounce.
- Affluent & educated — $116k median household income across Get Sleepy and Sleepy History; 63% of Get Sleepy listeners hold a bachelor’s degree or higher.
- Pre-roll only, by design — we don’t run mid-rolls, so your message plays while listeners are still awake and the episode is never interrupted.
- Host-read endorsements or produced spots — voices listeners invite into their bedrooms every night, or a studio-produced spot in the break.

Podcast cross-promotion & promo swaps
For fellow podcasters and networks — trade audience with the sleep shows listeners tune into every night.
- Promo swaps — trade 15-, 30- or 60-second host-read promos between your show and ours, matched audience for matched audience.
- Trailer swaps and feed drops — run a trailer or a full episode in each other’s feed to reach a fresh, like-minded audience.
- Network reach — cross-promote across five sleep podcasts and 290,000+ nightly downloads, not just one show.
- A calm-content fit — best for sleep, meditation, wellness and calm-storytelling shows our listeners already love.

Questions
- What audience does Slumber Studios reach?
- Across Get Sleepy and Sleepy History, weighted by reach: an affluent ($116k median household income) and predominantly female (65%) audience, core age 25–44, who tune in nightly as part of a wind-down routine. 63% of Get Sleepy listeners hold a bachelor’s degree or higher.
- Which brands have advertised with you before?
- Netflix, Audible, Headspace, BetterHelp, Talkspace, Shopify, Canva, Quince, Brooklinen, Helix Sleep, Avocado Green Mattress, Apollo Neuro, Rocket Money, Care/of and many more.
- Do you do promo swaps or cross-promotion?
- Yes — beyond paid spots we trade promos and feed drops with like-minded sleep, meditation and wellness shows across our network. Tell us about your show and audience and we’ll find a fit.
- How are your download numbers measured?
- Downloads are IAB v2-compliant, measured by our IAB-certified hosting platforms, Megaphone and Simplecast. The per-episode figures on this page are the averages published on our Libsyn Ads listings; tell us if you need a specific window and we will report to it.
- Which placements do you sell, and is a pre-roll-only buy possible?
- Pre-roll is our standard placement, as a 60-second host-read spot. We don’t run mid-rolls, so listeners are never woken by an ad, which means a pre-roll-only buy is the normal buy.
- How does a campaign reach its impression target?
- Back-catalog episodes account for over half of monthly listening, so a buy usually starts on the latest episode and then opens across the wider catalog until it reaches the impressions ordered. A campaign is not capped by any single episode’s audience, and it can run full-catalog from day one if speed matters.
- Can host reads include a promo code, and do you provide a post-flight report?
- Yes to both. Hosts can read a spoken promo code or vanity URL and add a personal endorsement, and every campaign closes with a post-flight delivery report.
- Where are your listeners, and what devices do they use?
- Four in five downloads are delivered in the major English-speaking markets: the US (53%), the UK (13%), Canada (10%) and Australia (6%). Apple-native apps alone account for 69% of downloads, so the true iOS share is higher still.
- What does it cost, and how do I book?
- Most campaigns are booked through our listings on Libsyn Ads (AdvertiseCast), where you can pick shows, see current rates and place an order. For bespoke content, a network-wide buy or anything the marketplace does not cover, get in touch and we’ll send a rate card and availability.
