What Mindtune sounds like

Deep bass drones

Low, resonant tones you feel as much as hear. They give your mind one steady thing to hold onto.

Binaural beats

Two slightly different tones, one in each ear. Best with headphones, where the effect is strongest.

Solfeggio frequencies

Tuned tones layered with rain, wind, and water — a long-standing practice in meditation music.

Mindtune is Maja Jovanovska, a musician and producer based in Milan. She has spent years making ambient music, and she meditates every day — the two feed each other, and you can hear it in how patient her tracks are.

Her motto is "be calm inside a storm." The music is built for exactly that: a moment of rest and reflection in a loud week, and a quiet reminder that you're part of something bigger. She also writes as one half of the duo Inner Cabin.
